Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TANK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RA, KYNU, and LYZ. Each is linked with TANK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANK-to-partner and partner-to-TANK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TANK versus CSF2RA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
