TANK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, MIR4516, and MTCO3P42. Each is linked with TANK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANK-to-partner and partner-to-TANK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by TANK-low versus TANK-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
