The most reproducible TANK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein deubiquitination, Regulation of protein deubiquitination, and Positive regulation of peptidase activity. Each is linked with TANK in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANK-to-partner and partner-to-TANK results are reported.
