Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAMALIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,881 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAMALIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, USHBP1, and GPM6A. Each is linked with TAMALIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAMALIN-to-partner and partner-to-TAMALIN results are reported.
