Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAMALIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAMALIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM34B, RNU6-992P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with TAMALIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAMALIN-to-partner and partner-to-TAMALIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM34B grouped by TAMALIN-low versus TAMALIN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAMALIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAMALIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
