TALDO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TALDO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,514 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TALDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHX1, NQO1, and PANX2. Each is linked with TALDO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TALDO1-to-partner and partner-to-TALDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TALDO1 versus EPHX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TALDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TALDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
