TAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,947 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL3_S304, CMTR1, and S100A14. Each is linked with TAL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAL2-to-partner and partner-to-TAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
