TAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYT1B-AS1, BAK1P2, and LINC00391. Each is linked with TAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1B-AS1 grouped by TAL1-low versus TAL1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
