TAGLN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAGLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11, S100A16, and BAIAP2L1. Each is linked with TAGLN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TAGLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAGLN2 versus S100A11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
