Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,856 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAGLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, CALD1, and MICAL2. Each is linked with TAGLN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TAGLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAGLN2 versus DPYSL3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
