TAGLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAGLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAGLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, TRBV13, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with TAGLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAGLN-to-partner and partner-to-TAGLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by TAGLN-low versus TAGLN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAGLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAGLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
