TAF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1072P, OR4F3, and OGFRP1. Each is linked with TAF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF9-to-partner and partner-to-TAF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1072P grouped by TAF9-low versus TAF9-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
