TAF8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, ATP6V0E1, and NEK6. Each is linked with TAF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF8-to-partner and partner-to-TAF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF8 versus KDELR3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
