TAF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FOXO3a, and Ku80. Each is linked with TAF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF8-to-partner and partner-to-TAF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TAF8-low versus TAF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
