Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,117 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation, Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with TAF7L in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation grouped by TAF7L-low versus TAF7L-high in ESCA.
