TAF7L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF7L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TAF7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by TAF7L-low versus TAF7L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
