TAF7L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF7L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECRG4, CDX4, and TAFA1. Each is linked with TAF7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF7L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECRG4 grouped by TAF7L-low versus TAF7L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
