TAF6L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are API5, NUDT21, and CPSF7. Each is linked with TAF6L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF6L versus API5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
