Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF6L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB12, SUV39H1, and CELF1. Each is linked with TAF6L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF6L versus ZBTB12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
