TAF6L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF6L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHSR, OR5P3, and USP17L13. Each is linked with TAF6L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHSR grouped by TAF6L-low versus TAF6L-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
