TAF6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,705 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX51, UCKL1, and ZNF891. Each is linked with TAF6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF6-to-partner and partner-to-TAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF6 versus DDX51 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
