Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,033 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with TAF1L in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1L results are reported.
