Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT12, SLC2A4, and RPL12P2. Each is linked with TAF1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1L versus ACOT12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
