TAF1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, IQCB1, and CCDC43. Each is linked with TAF1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by TAF1L-low versus TAF1L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
