TAF1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 53BP1, and VHL. Each is linked with TAF1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TAF1L-low versus TAF1L-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
