TAF1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCKAR, KRT76, and PRAMEF19. Each is linked with TAF1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1L-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCKAR grouped by TAF1L-low versus TAF1L-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
