TAF1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP4, ARF4P3, and PACRG-AS2. Each is linked with TAF1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1D-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP4 grouped by TAF1D-low versus TAF1D-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
