Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,403 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Positive regulation of protein acetylation, and RNA modification. Each is linked with TAF1D in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1D-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1D results are reported.
