Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,134 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, CCR5, and SNORA14B. Each is linked with TAF1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1C-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1C versus CXCL13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
