TAF1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with TAF1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1C-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by TAF1C-low versus TAF1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
