Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral transcription, mRNA splice site recognition, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with TAF1C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1C-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1C results are reported.
