TAF1C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,589 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCMT1, NUP43, and MRPL18. Each is linked with TAF1C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1C-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1C versus PCMT1 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
