TAF1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSG11, CRNN, and DEFB108B. Each is linked with TAF1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1C-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSG11 grouped by TAF1C-low versus TAF1C-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
