TAF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAQ, SNRPD2, and ACTL6A. Each is linked with TAF1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1B versus YWHAQ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
