Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,937 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA polymerase I preinitiation complex assembly, Nuclear pore organization, and Sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TAF1B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1B results are reported.
