TAF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,142 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf131, PPIP5K2, and RPL7L1. Each is linked with TAF1A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1A versus C1orf131 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
