TAF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, C1orf35, and CDC73. Each is linked with TAF1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1A versus PARP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
