Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,364 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore organization, Nuclear pore complex assembly, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with TAF1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1A results are reported.
