Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAF15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TAF15 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TAF15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAF15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where TAF15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
