TAF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFTUD2, DDX42, and LIG3. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF15 versus EFTUD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
