Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf75, MRPL45, and TEFM. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF15 versus C17orf75 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
