Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP321, RNU6-416P, and NF1P10. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP321 grouped by TAF15-low versus TAF15-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
