Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,510 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle, Lagging strand elongation, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.
