Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, CCKAR, and NPY2R. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA1 grouped by TAF15-low versus TAF15-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
