TAF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF15 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2B, HECW2, and ZNF100. Each is linked with TAF15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF15-to-partner and partner-to-TAF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B grouped by TAF15-low versus TAF15-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
