TAF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,466 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, RCC1, and NMNAT1. Each is linked with TAF12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF12-to-partner and partner-to-TAF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF12 versus NUDC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
