TAF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,185 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF20, SAP18, and SF3B6. Each is linked with TAF12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF12-to-partner and partner-to-TAF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF12 versus RNF20 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
