Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,983 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, CTDSPL2, and RPL36A. Each is linked with TAF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1 versus PTAFR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
