Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,916 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, and Regulation of protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with TAF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by TAF1-low versus TAF1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
