TAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 712 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6J1, OR5J2, and OR4N2. Each is linked with TAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6J1 grouped by TAF1-low versus TAF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
